Diana Nalubega has opened up about her absence from the music scene, saying her break from releasing music was never a deliberate decision but rather a result of other responsibilities that took priority in her life.
Speaking in a recent interview, the singer explained that she gradually became less active in music as other commitments occupied most of her time.
“I think I got reluctant and my other responsibilities covered me but I didn’t intend for it,” she said, dismissing suggestions that she had intentionally stepped away from the industry.
Nalubega also addressed rumors about her personal life, denying claims that she had gotten married. She, however, confirmed that she is in a serious relationship and has a supportive partner.
“Yes, I am in a serious relationship. I have someone who checks up on me,” she revealed. She added that marriage should never be a reason for anyone to abandon their career, insisting that both can coexist.
The singer further responded to comments about frequently posting photos and videos of her daughter on social media.
Nalubega said she sees nothing wrong with sharing moments of her child online, noting that as long as her daughter is presented in a decent manner, she has no reason to stop despite criticism from some social media users.
