Shakib Cham Lutaaya emerged victorious in his much-anticipated celebrity boxing match against Kenyan singer Arrow Bwoy after securing a knockout win in the second round.
The bout, held overnight in Nairobi, Kenya, came after months of preparation and intense build-up from both camps. Fans from Uganda and Kenya had eagerly awaited the clash, with the two personalities exchanging confidence-filled messages ahead of the fight.
Round one proved competitive, although Shakib appeared to have the upper hand as he controlled much of the action and showcased better movement inside the ring.
Arrow Bwoy, however, remained resilient and managed to see out the opening round despite facing pressure from his opponent.
The fight reached its dramatic conclusion early in the second round when Shakib landed a decisive blow that sent Arrow Bwoy to the canvas. The referee stepped in to stop the contest, awarding Shakib a technical knockout (TKO) victory.
