Allan Hendrik Ssali Says Wife Is ‘God-Sent’, Urges Men to Put Faith Before Preferences in Love

Allan Hendrik Ssali, the eldest son of Ugandan music icon Bebe Cool, has opened up about his perspective on love and choosing a life partner—placing faith at the center of it all.

According to Allan, while many people are driven by personal preferences when searching for a partner, he believes that God plays the ultimate role in bringing the right person into one’s life.

He expressed deep gratitude for his wife, describing her as “God-sent,” and emphasized that he didn’t necessarily have to search extensively to find someone like her.

“I thank God for my wife because she was Godly sent,” he shared, noting that sometimes what people think they want isn’t always what they truly need.

He went on to point out that many men often focus on physical attributes such as beauty, body shape, or even tribal background when choosing a partner.

However, he cautioned that these qualities can sometimes overshadow deeper compatibility, leading to challenges later on.

“All these things may seem important at first, but when you finally get that person, you may realize you’re not compatible,” he explained.

Instead, he encourages people to prioritize prayer and allow God to guide the process, including the pace at which relationships develop.

“I think we have to pray to God as we also seek the qualities in a woman we would want to marry—and they should be minor,” he said.

He concluded by expressing confidence that when faith leads the way, the outcome is a partner who truly aligns with one’s values—someone who will love, listen, and appreciate them genuinely.

“God will then give you someone who will love, listen to you and appreciate you,” he added.
