Jose Chameleone has dismissed reports alleging that he carried out DNA tests on his children, describing the claims as false, malicious and damaging to his family.

The allegations were reportedly made by veteran media personality Josephat Sseguya, a presenter at Bukedde TV, who claimed that the singer conducted DNA tests on the five children he shares with his estranged wife, Daniella Atim.

According to Sseguya, the tests allegedly revealed that one of the children was not biologically Chameleone’s, a claim he further linked to the breakdown of the couple’s marriage.

The Leone Island boss has firmly rejected the reports, insisting that they are completely fabricated and should never have been brought into the public domain. “I don’t know what Josephat Sseguya’s motive is, but what he is saying is false, malicious and unnecessary,” Chameleone said while responding to the allegations.

The singer stressed that all his children are his and appealed to the public to refrain from spreading rumours involving his family. “I have children, and they are all mine. People should stop dragging families and children into lies for the sake of chasing news,” he said.

Chameleone also took issue with Sseguya’s reporting, accusing the television presenter of irresponsible journalism and spreading unverified information about a deeply personal family matter. He maintained that such claims not only affect him but also have the potential to harm innocent children and family members.
